Shipping policy

Shipping Options: We ship via USPS & DHL and offer "Standard Shipping" for domestic orders (normally Media Mail or First Class Mail), international orders are shipped either DHL or USPS First Class International Mail. For larger international shipments (4+ items) we ship DHL or USPS Priority Mail International.

Duration of Shipping: Domestic orders take between 2-9 days to reach their destination. For International customers, please allow 2-5 weeks for delivery.

Handling Time: Orders typically ship the week of their designated release/ship date.

Customs: ALC is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. ALC has no control over this. The buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and ALC has no way of knowing what these charges may be.
